Presentation Slide Content (What to Include)
Presenters are advised to prepare their slides in accordance with the GSLS presentation template available at:
In general, your presentation slides should clearly include:
Title of the paper and author(s)
Background and problem statement
Objectives of the study / project
Methodology or approach
Key findings / outcomes
Discussion and implications
Conclusion and future directions
Please ensure your slides are clear, concise, and visually readable, as sessions will be tightly scheduled.
Presentation Time Allocation
Each presenter is allocated a 15-minute total slot, which includes presenter transition time.
To ensure smooth session flow, presenters are strongly advised to:
Present for 7–8 minutes
Allocate 3–5 minutes for Q&A and discussion
Allow buffer time for presenter changeover
Session Chairs will strictly manage time to ensure fairness for all presenters.
Arrival at Presentation Venue
Presenters are expected to arrive early at their respective presentation venues to:
Confirm attendance with the Session Chair
Ensure presentation slides are ready
Avoid delays to the session flow
